Average Value

Methods

It is defined as the value of AC current flowing through a given resistance for a given time produces same charge as produced by the direct current when fl when flowing through the same resistance for the same time.

AVERAGE VALUE

It is defined as the value of AC current flowing through a given resistance for a given time produces same charge as produced by the direct current when fl when flowing through the same resistance for the same time.

The sine wave is said to be symmetrical if it has similar positive and negative half cycle. The average value of the symmetrical sine wave is zero for one complete cycle.

It me means that the current flowing in one direction during one half cycle is equal to the valve of current that flows in opposite direction during next half cycle.
